Check in :: 14:00pm & Check out :: 11:00am

* Checking in:

Rooms requested prior to 14:00pm check in time, will be accommodated as rooms become available :  If rooms are not available earlier than set 14:00pm check in procedure times, then guests are most welcome to spend time in the lounge area.  Our staff will do their utmost to provide earlier check in where possible to ensure your comfort. 

* Checking out:

Check out time is at 11:00am.

Please let us know if you are checking out earlier in the morning so that we can attend to your check out requirements.

Should you wish to check out later than 11:00am (our set check out time), please be advised that we offer a complimentary luggage storage service for guests who check out at 11:00am, and who are not departing the Grande Kloof until later on in the day.  You are welcome to enjoy a beverage in our lounge area until departure. (Please inform reception with regard to luggage storage requirements).
