1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made at Grande Kloof Boutique Hotel. By confirming your booking, you agree to

these Terms.

2. Pricing

Pricing is per room per night and include VAT and applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice, but the rate at booking is

guaranteed.

3. Damage Deposit

A damage deposit (security hold) of R2000 is required at check-in and will be refunded upon check-out if no damages are

found or extra cleaning is needed.

4. Availability

Room availability is subject to change. Early booking is recommended to ensure availability.

5. Children & Family Policy

Children under 12 stay free when accompanied by a parent or guardian in the same room or unit. Additional charges apply for

children 12 years and older.

6. Extra Guests:

If the room or unit is occupied by more guests than stated in the booking, additional charges will be applied based on the capacity

and policies of the specific accommodation type.

10. Cancellation and No-Shows

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in.
Non-refundable bookings are charged in full if cancelled. No-show results in forfeiture of payment.
No refund for early check-outs.

11. Guest Conduct

Guest must respect hotel property and other guests. Failure to comply with hotel policies may result in removal from the property.

12. Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and public areas. A cleaning fee will apply if this policy is violated.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters or strikes.
